Lounge Makeover

The main brief for this lounge was to make it feel more cosy and welcoming. The client wanted to keep the two black leather sofas so I designed a scheme around them. By introducing a new room layout with shades of taupe and beige the otherwise harsh colour black is softened and the overall effect feels warmer as a result.
New furniture, window dressings, feature wallpaper and stunning fireplace together with gorgeous lighting and accessories all come together to give the client the desired result; a room that she now loves and wants to spend time in!

This bespoke holiday lodge was built to order and every aspect could be individually tailored to the client’s wishes.
I accompanied the owner for the day to assist in choosing the layout and all the interior finishes, fixtures and fittings.
Together we decided on a calming and sophisticated palette of colours, keeping the theme throughout ensuring the space flows well and feels larger.
Every aspect of the interior was individually considered from the flooring, wall coverings and even light switches to the furniture, kitchen and bathroom fittings.
Once the new lodge was on site I assisted the owners in furnishing and accessorising the interior and they couldn’t be happier with their fabulous new holiday home.

The brief for this project was to create the 'wow factor' in the lounge of this chalet style bungalow.
An awkwardly shaped room, I re-designed the furniture layout to make better use of space and introduced a subtle palette of green tinted colours connecting it with nature and linking it with the garden and views. I chose fired earth paint which is designed specifically to work with the natural light in the northern hemisphere.

A complete overhaul with new log burning stove, furniture, window dressings and accessories come together to create a luxurious feel that is both light and airy yet warm and cosy at the same time.

Bespoke Home Office

This home office was designed specifically to sit seamlessly in this modern home. The bespoke furniture makes the most of storage with a palette of colours similar to others used throughout the property.

White furniture offset with dark grey walls creates an unusual twist, and adds an element of surprise, while also creating a luxurious mood.

A series of framed photographs sit above a storage unit to create an interesting focal point and allude to a homely aesthetic.
